The tragic reality is that sixty-eight children are killed or injured by reversing cars in Australia every year. This alarming statistic highlights a critical need for increased awareness and preventive measures.

To address this issue, we used the reversing light of a car to show the last thing those children see before tragedy strikes.

A Year In Reverse is an emotional photo series capturing the final moments from a child's perspective before an accident. This personal and emotive series is now used by Kidsafe, a leading organisation advocating for the prevention of accidents involving children. The powerful visuals serve as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance and safety measures, aiming to reduce these heartbreaking incidents.
